Message from the Manager:
Hey guys – Jordan here. I want to take this opportunity to be transparent and open with any potential future Lucky Dogs out there. We are a very unique facility because of our facility size and our overall facility mindset. We have a cap on the number of dogs we can accommodate per day – we want every Camper here to be able to enjoy the environment to the fullest. This means that I handle the evaluations on a very rigid set of pass/fail criteria for OUR specific facility and does not mean that your dog will not be a fit for any of the other local facilities.
Our daycare is not the place to learn basic obedience, to get over fear of dogs or work on behavioral issues- those are jobs for trainers/classes and behaviorists. (Please do not try to enroll your dog into daycare if they are scared or reactive with other dogs-these types of issues require work to succeed.) Dogs that are unable to share toys with other dogs or engage in any of the other daily activities that we enjoy with our Campers will also be removed.
Our setup succeeds when staff and owners work together on making decisions for each Campers overall well being.
